# Vision

COSM is the Cosmic Launchpad. The first official coin on that pad has to be readable in one glance.

$NIULAI does two things at once:

1. **A signal anyone can say out loud** — 牛来, the bull is coming.
2. **Rules you can check on-chain** — BSC, 1,000,000,000 supply, 3% tax, 100% burn.

The mascot is a rough green bull on the grass: pink muzzle, stubby horns, prairie light. The story is meme plus movie-token: Web2 cinema traffic walking onto a Web3 pasture.

Official build means contract, brand, launch window, and later ecosystem seats are driven by the COSM team — not a community clone.

## What we believe

* **The first launch sets the pad’s grade.**
* **Tax must be explicit.** 3% each way, 100% to the blackhole.
* **Story can be heavy. Settlement should be light.** NiuLai carries the meme. BSC clears the trade.
* **Supply only falls.** Fixed 1,000,000,000. Burns are irreversible.

## What we will not do

* Claim we produced the film or hold its copyright.
* Package the token as a security, yield right, or real-world asset.
* Reroute the 3% tax into a team wallet.

$NIULAI is COSM’s flagship: holders on the pad, waiting for the herd.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://doc.niulai.app/vision.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
